How do I store Entremets / Celebration cakes & petit gateau / single serving pastries?
They need to be stored in the refrigerator between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius. The ingredients used to make them are extremely sensitive to aroma and should be stored away from strong smells. For the best tasting experience, keep them at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before consuming. Best consumed within 3 days of delivery.

How do I store Chocolate bars, panned chocolates / dragees, bonbons and pralines?
All our chocolate products need to be stored in a cool place at around 14 to 18 degrees Celsius. They are very sensitive to smell and need to be stored away strong odors. Please store them in their original packaging and consume before 4 - 6 months before the mentioned date of manufacturing.
